Waltz & Body Awareness Workshop

 Instructor Mary Botta, LISTD

(Licentiate Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing)

 The Waltz workshop will have Choreography and a Body Awareness section.   My Body Awareness classes work on technique through practice dance exercises.   Working on technique in the simplest form and then applying that technique to basics or Choreography.  Waltz is our Focus dance for this workshop.  - Mary
