- Our facility is owned by Anne Arundel County and DDC has insurance that limits our use of Ford Hall. Therefore DDC policy is that no request for use of Ford Hall by organizations (except DFRC) or by individuals will be approved.
- Sadly...in light of the executive order signed by Governor Hogan and because Anne Arundel County Parks and Recreation has suspended indoor activities until further notice, the board of the Davidsonville Dance Club has decided close down all official activities until the suspension from the governor has been lifted. Effective Sunday, 3/15, all classes and Saturday evening dances will be cancelled until further notice.
The Club maintains an email announcement list that is used to send out announcements, news, etc.; a brief description of how to subscribe and unsubscribe is available here.
All meetings will be conducted according to Maryland Code, Corporations and Associates, Title 5, Sub Title 2, section 5-206, which states that if the number of members present at a meeting does not constitute a quorum, those present may call another meeting to meet quorum requirements. At the additional meeting, the members present in person constitute a quorum.
Inclement Weather Policy
